• Champion Wellbeing: Identify and implement essential techniques to manage team health and wellbeing, creating a resilient, nurturing, and sustainable support environment.
• Guide Growth & Development: Learn how to assess and support others (peers or supervisees) to set meaningful work goals and development plans that connect their personal contribution directly to the organisational framework and mission.

This course is designed for leaders in the Human Services sector and is delivered online over two consecutive days. It includes assessment against two units of competency which are part of BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, allowing you to gain credit towards this nationally recognised qualification:

1. BSBPEF501 Manage personal and professional development
2. BSBPEF502 Develop and use emotional intelligence
