This 4 hour workshop will introduce you to a practical tool that can be used with clients called the Window of Tolerance. The Window of Tolerance is a model founded in Neuroscience that describes what happens to our nervous system when we find ourselves in stressful or challenging times.
You will learn about the Window of Tolerance and how to use it in the context of your client work as a tool for change, and how to teach it to your clients so they can use it to move towards thriving and living well with their mental health
