Paul Callaghan belongs to the land of the Worimi people, which is located one hour north of Newcastle, NSW.

Paul has held a number of senior executive positions in his career such as Institute Director, New England TAFE with responsibility for 23,000 students, 1,200 staff and an annual budget around $60million.

He has qualifications in a diverse range of disciplines including surveying, drafting, accounting, economics, training, executive leadership, emotional intelligence, company boards, and executive/organisational coaching but his most important learning has been through going bush with Elders.

In addition to his consultancy activities that include motivational speaking, training, facilitating, coaching and planning, Paul is an Aboriginal story teller and dancer and has recently published a book entitled: ‘Iridescence. Finding Your Colours and Living Your Story’, that provides insights into achieving improved wellbeing using Aboriginal culture and philosophy.
