Lane Blume has extensive experience in marketing, management, training and organisational development in private industry, the community sector, government, and adult and tertiary education.

Her expertise covers areas as diverse as influence skills, lobbying and submission-writing, competency-based course and curriculum design, interpersonal communication, change management, grievance and harassment management, negotiation and mediation skills, supervision and management, analytical and strategic thinking, training and presentation skills, cross-cultural issues, writing skills, and program and service planning and evaluation.

Lane also facilitates meetings and conferences; conducts research, planning processes and program/project evaluations; and consults across a range of EEO, management and HR areas. She is a trained mediator; a nationally-accredited Myers-Briggs Type practitioner; and a nationally-accredited Workplace Trainer and Assessor.
