Sandra Kelleher is a Director of MTU Training Concepts, Pty. Ltd, owner of PART Training. She has over 25 years extensive work and training experience in client casework and aggression management, and, human resource management policy and procedures in the human services sector. She trains professionals in health, rehabilitation, education, mental health, child and youth services, disability, aged care, social housing, employment services and parents and carers.

Sandra provides consultancy services on human resources management issues, training design and implementation, and specialist advice in the management of client behaviour and the safety of staff in government and non-government agencies. She has worked intensively in worker’s compensation management and rehabilitation of staff back to the workplace following workplace injury.

Sandra’s work history includes management and casework roles in NSW Department of Community Services and NSW Corrective Services. Her qualifications span adult education, psychology, social welfare, investigations and various accreditation certificates.

Her philosophy in training is to provide agencies and their staff with a systematic and systemic approach to predicting, assessing & responding to challenging and aggressive client behaviour.
