Damon is the Clinical Services Manager with SAL consulting. He has over 15 years experience in working with adults and children with disabilities, mental health difficulties and backgrounds of complex trauma. Damon holds post graduate qualifications in psychology and social health, a Cert 4 in Assessment and Workplace Training and is a registered psychologist and psychological supervisor.

Damons’s roles have included provision of clinical support to teams, families and individuals, supervision of clinicians in the government and NGO sector, co-ordination of therapeutic services for a multi-disciplinary team and design and delivery of individual therapeutic services for children and young people, and people with disabilities.

Damon is experienced in designing and delivering behavioural intervention support and skills development, policy writing, organisation review and organisation systems development, delivery of psychometic assessment as well as design and delivery of staff training for human services organisations.
