Louise Mulroney

Louise Mulroney (Bachelor of Social Work, UNSW) has worked in the child and family welfare sector for almost 40 years, including in family support services. Currently, she has a resources development role within the Association of Children’s Welfare Agencies.
Since 2001, Louise has researched and developed effective training and assessment tools for use in the out-of-home care sector, including the ACWA published resources “Step by Step”, “Shared Lives” and the “Real Kids, Real Carers” series. Louise also develops and delivers child protection training.
Louise also has experience as a Board member of non-government organisations, and has a practical understanding of community development processes and governance issues.
Louise is passionate about providing training that not only supports but creates good practice.
