With 27 years of experience in the community services sector, Jacqui brings a wealth of knowledge to her training. Her diverse background includes direct operations, casework, family support, and human resources management. Jacqui is a practicing Family Group Conference (FGC) facilitator and a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General's Department.

A long-standing member of the DCJ panel of approved FGC providers since the model's introduction to NSW in 2016, Jacqui is deeply committed to the FGC process. She passionately shares her knowledge by training current FGC facilitators on the DCJ panel and providing essential mentoring and coaching to new facilitators. Jacqui's driving force is to empower families to make crucial decisions for their children, and she works hard to ensure workers and facilitators are fully supported to make these opportunities a reality through the FGC process.
