Cheryl Staal has extensive experience in the suicide field supporting those who have been bereaved and people who have been exposed as witnesses, discoverers or secondary trauma.

Having lost family and colleagues by suicide enables her to meld personal and practice experience with theories and skills to guide practitioners and businesses.

Cheryl has spoken at national and international conferences regarding suicide, impacts of exposure and various other societal issues. She designed and delivers this evidenced based training, along with unique training in the suicide.

Cheryl also assists organisations develop suicide critical incident response plans, and provides debriefing, mentoring and professional supervision for practitioners in helping professions.
