Leading Restoration Practice for Team Leaders and Supervisors

This course is designed to support individuals to lead practice within Funded Service Providers for Restoration in NSW.

There has been significant change in legislation and the practice surrounding restoration casework in NSW. This course will focus on leading practice in the context of change with a specific focus on the business of restoration, supporting caseworkers to do the complex and intensive work, and create an understanding of the relationships between research and restoration practice.

At the completion of this two day workshop, participants will:

• Discover practical methods to drive and support best restoration practice in their organization
• Understanding of the context of restoration casework
• Develop knowledge of the processes of restoration and a better understanding of the link between research and practice and how to support their staff
• Grow their leadership skills

Supervisors, Team Leaders and Program Managers involved in restoration casework and NSW Funded Service Providers that hold restoration contracts with FACS NSW.
