In our ever changing community sector, there is always something new that staff should be learning in order to keep up to date with their practices and provide the best services to their clients. Managers have to balance this need for new skills and knowledge with the reality of limited resources and time. This course will examine the range of strategies to promote a learning culture within your team in a way which maximises results with minimal resources. Learn how to utilise existing processes to increase learning, and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the traditional learning methods.
