While communication is the foundation of being a successful manager it is also one of the most pervasive challenges in the workplace. A manager must wear many communication hats when interacting with a variety of stakeholders all with different needs and agendas, whether they be clients, staff, colleagues, management or other organisations. An effective manager also needs to maintain networks, facilitate meetings, conduct interviews, provide feedback, negotiate, promote and represent their organisation, as well as write reports and tenders. The communication challenges are further compounded when it is considered that the more interactions a manager has, the more opportunity there is for complex conflict situations.

This two day workshop will assist you to develop the diverse and high-level communication skills that you need to be a capable and effective manager.
