Masterclass in Supervision Skills

This workshop is for experienced supervisors who wish to review their supervision practice and extend their skills in supervision. The focus of the workshop is on ways to increase the impact of the supervision that we provide. We will draw upon a range of traditions and approaches to facilitate your analysis of supervision issues and to develop strategies. The workshop includes a range of resources that you can continue to use to reflect on your supervision practice, and to review supervision in your agency.

The workshop has a master class style, encouraging participants to reflect together and develop strategies for some of the challenges in supervision practice. Key themes of this advanced workshop are working with complexity, practice dilemmas and power dynamics.

You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills to:
