Toni-Lee has worked in the Community Welfare field for over 22 years, primarily in the areas of drug and alcohol and mental health treatment.

She has acted as a program coordinator of a drug and alcohol residential rehabilitation unit for approx. 2 years, as well as providing case work and therapy services for 13 years in that unit. She has provided services to both youth and adults throughout this time, and also has worked with men in a Domestic Abuse program for over 3 years.

Toni-Lee is a counsellor and clinical supervisor in private practice, and also currently works as a Therapist in an in-patient psychiatric clinic of a private hospital. She has been teaching in the Community Welfare & Health Services section of TAFE for 12 years, from a Cert II to a Diploma level, which she has just recently ceased.
