Rita Daher is a Human Services Consultant specialising in Child protection and Out of Home Care. Rita has worked in the front line for over 22 years.

Rita has devoted the past 8 years as a human services consultant focusing on staff and carer training, carer assessment, working with complex matters and conducting independent investigations and reviews.

She has extensive experience in working with children and young people and birth families as well as in children’s court, contact orders and risk assessments in a child protection and out of home care context.

Rita has worked within the Community Services Sector and worked actively with Non Government Organisations and supported development of best practice, assisted change management and developed specific training packages to meet the needs of the organisation.
