Gracielle Melim has worked for Australian boutiques and top-tier global organisations serving clients in three continents.

Her career includes twelve years in senior leadership roles where she developed expertise in building and managing high-performing teams in Australia, China, Japan and the Philippines as well as developing partnerships with large corporations and SMEs across Asia Pacific. Gracielle’s corporate career has provided her with a unique opportunity to immerse in several cultures.

She now works as a coach and a senior consultant facilitating cultural intelligence, diversity and inclusion workshops around Australia.

Gracielle has qualifications in a diverse range of disciplines including business administration, information technology, marketing, coaching, neuro linguistic programming and positive psychology.

On a personal note, Gracielle grew up in Brazil and now enjoys Sydney-life with her Brazilian-English, Australian born son.
