Stacey McDonald

Stacey has over sixteen years' experience working in NSW government and community sectors. She has been working as a consultant and educator since 2011 and brings a rich background of qualifications, practical experience, and analytical skills to her service provision.
Stacey enjoys facilitating conferences and training across NSW and QLD, drawing on her legal, welfare and management backgrounds. Her qualifications include a degree in Social Science (criminology and psychology), as well as multiple tertiary qualifications including investigation management, business leadership/management, training and assessment, and various vocational courses in interviewing, intelligence and OOHC support service provision.
Stacey has an avid interest in the application of positive psychology, and enjoys working with professionals, carers and young people to augment their skills and reach their potential. She is particularly driven to the support and development of the National Child Protection Framework within regional NSW, and actively supports interagency collaboration.
