Alana Winn

Alana Winn is a Registered Psychologist, Behaviour Support Specialist and Trainer with extensive experience working across government, not for profit and private sectors supporting vulnerable people and their families and/or carers. Alana enjoys working closely with individuals and their support networks, utilising person centred practices to create programs and supports that are individualised, solution focussed and a good fit for their personal circumstances. These is no single approach that is the right one for every individual and thus she believes in tailoring supports to best suit personal circumstances.
Alana’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Psychology and Bachelor of Management from the University of Canberra and a Masters in Health Science (Child & Adolescent Psychology) from the University of Sydney. Alana believes we are lifelong learners and there is always something new to learn and thus is open and inquisitive about new things. With this in mind she has a range of short courses and training in different modalities which she has attended.
Alana has taken her passion for quality supports and services for vulnerable individuals and is now co-director of Anala, a business providing tailored programs and services to vulnerable people in rural and regional NSW.
