Blended delivery

If you are a part time or fulltime worker, it is often difficult to find the time to progress your career through study. CCWT offers you a mix of online, face-to-face workshops and distance kits for your chosen qualifications. This is also important for those who have different learning styles such as face to face workshops with your peers or distance kits which can be done at home or at work.

1. Learning Pathway

If you are aspiring to the next step in your career progression in our sector then the learning Pathway equips you with the new skills and knowledge needed to meet the challenges ahead.

2. Recognition of your experience (RPL)

If you are an experienced worker and want a qualification that reflects what you do, then don’t waste time learning and developing skills that you already have. Our fast track workshops for the Diploma of Leadership and Management and the Diploma of Community Services offer a unique combination of an intensive workshop and distance electives.


CCWT is very proud of its completion rates. That’s because we support students each step of the way. Whether you are undertaking your qualification via a Learning or RPL pathway, you will be assigned a learning partner to ask questions and get support. We also understand the needs of our sector and can provide you will flexible payment options and extensions of assessments when required.

Smart and Skilled funding

The Smart and Skilled training program can be funded under the government supported Smart and Skilled funding system. You pay a student administration fee and the NSW government provides extra funding directly to the training organisation to cover the costs of the qualification. Check here to see your eligibility

Student Identifier

Before you undertake any qualification, the Australian Government requires you to have a Unique Student Identifier.

Diploma of Leadership & Management

The Diploma of Leadership & Management is designed for those who work or aim to work, as managers in community service organisations, however, it is transferable across sectors. You will learn about leadership, emotional intelligence, policies, people management, teams, projects and plans.

Qualifications Available

Diploma of Community Services

The Diploma of Community Services qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, co-ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.

Diploma of Child, Youth & Family Intervention

This qualification covers the knowledge and skills needed to work with children, young people and their families. There is an option to specialise in residential out of home care. People undertaking this qualification may supervise other staff or have some other management responsibilities

Certificate IV in Community Services

This qualification is appropriate for workers who provide a range of services and interventions to clients, and/or who implement community education and interventions, work may take place in a range of contexts such as community based organisations, residential rehabilitation services, and outreach services.
