Community Leadership Program
Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders in Community Services
“…revolutionised the way I approached leadership and encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone”
The Community Leadership Program (CLP) challenges, nurtures and fosters new leaders in the community and human services sectors. More than 130 professionals, from across a diverse range of fields including education, health, community services, local councils and peak bodies, have graduated from the program.
Watch the clip below to hear Andrew Luzzi (our Andrew McCallum Leadership Scholarship 2025 recipient) share his reflections on being a part of ACWA’s Community Leadership Program and the role leadership development has played in shaping his practice and confidence as a sector leader.
