Embedding evidence – an introduction to frameworks and tools for practice change

Creating impact and ensuring positive outcomes for children and their families is front of mind for every agency and practitioner in our sector.

But what does it take to define your outcomes, set up a measurement tool and manage your data in a way that it is not a burden for your colleagues, your team or the families/children that you are working with?

What are the systems and processes that look beyond outputs and support teams to assess meaningful information for continuous practice improvement (CPI)?

What does it take to implement and de-implement for change?

In this forum we will examine these questions and showcase steps and strategies taken by organisations to navigate these questions.  Warren Cann (CEO) & Annette Michaux (Director), Parenting Research Centre will share their insights alongside practice leaders from two partner organisations implementing a new practice framework and their approaches to continuous practice improvement (CPI).

We will step you through the design, implementation and CPI processes which have strengthened practice as well as how to glean information from clients to inform improvements.

This interactive session will be useful to practitioners, managers and leaders who are keen to improve both their individual practice and embed tools and strategies supporting effective practice in their organisation.
