This qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing,
co-ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.
It offers a core group of units that are common to workers who develop and deliver services to clients to meet their needs.
Elective units can be chosen to gain specialisations in:
• Case management
• Statutory and forensic child, youth and family welfare
You can also choose elective units that provide you with management skills and knowledge. If you don’t want to undertake a specialisation you can choose from a range of units that provide you with the skills you are interested in.
Courses are offered through a blended approach – with distance kits and some face to face workshops. A fully online program may be avaialble on enquiry. CCWT encourages students to apply for recognition of prior learning (RPL) where possible.
All applicants must apply and complete pre-enrolment processes in order to be confirmed into this qualification.
